Senior Media Buyer

who can take full ownership of paid media performance and scale winning products aggressively. This role is designed for someone who has already managed

$100k+ monthly ad spend

and understands how to structure testing, identify winning creatives, and scale campaigns profitably.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising across multiple brands • Plan and execute creative testing frameworks to identify winning ads • Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets • Monitor and optimize performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and CPM • Manage multiple ad accounts and ensure account stability • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad concepts • Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities • Implement structured testing and scaling strategies

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience running Meta ads for e-commerce or digital products • Experience managing $100k+ monthly ad spend • Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably • Deep understanding of creative testing and scaling frameworks • Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset • Ability to operate independently and take ownership of results

Salary:
