Tele caller

We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible professional to handle inbound calls, make outbound calls on leads, and manage client communication smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and outbound calls on generated leads

• Confidently handle all types of client queries and objections

• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate team members

• Manage multiple calls and WhatsApp messages simultaneously

• Treat every call and message as important and ensure timely follow-ups

• Maintain punctuality, presence, and professionalism throughout working hours

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telecalling / customer handling / lead management is mandatory

• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi (mandatory)

• Excellent communication, listening, and convincing skills

• Ability to handle high call volumes calmly and efficiently

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
