Qualifications & Skills:

- Educational Background: - Bachelors in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Materials Management (preferred)

- Experience: - 14-18 years in procurement/supply chain management - 5-7 years in a leadership role with strategic sourcing exposure in manufacturing - Strong exposure to electrical/electronic/electromechanical components & plastic raw materials

- Skills & Competencies: - Proven leadership and team-building skills - Strong negotiation and commercial acumen - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) - Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
