Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Business Development & Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with
Doctors, Community Labs, Hospitals & Corporate Healthcare Providers
Conduct
regular field visits, meetings & follow-ups
to drive referrals
Understand clinical & commercial needs and present
customized diagnostic solutions
2️⃣ Strategic Planning & Sales Growth
Design and execute
short-term & long-term marketing strategies
Prepare and manage
monthly & annual sales budgets
Identify
new catchment areas & high-potential growth zones
3️⃣ Lead Generation & Negotiation
Generate leads through
doctor engagement, partnerships & field activities
Negotiate agreements
with clinics, labs & corporate accounts to maximize revenue
4️⃣ Marketing Campaigns & Brand Visibility
Plan
patient awareness programs, local campaigns & promotional activities
Coordinate with internal teams for
new service launches, offers & events
Drive
center footfall and brand recall
5️⃣ Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking
Track
industry trends, competitor activity & market movements
Analyze performance data and present
actionable insights
to management
Skills & Qualifications
Education
Graduate or equivalent
Certification in
Healthcare / Marketing / Sales
is a plus
Experience
5+ years
in healthcare sales, diagnostics marketing, or related fields
Confident freshers with strong communication & learning mindset may apply
Communication Excellence
Strong command over
English, Hindi & regional languages
Confident, professional & persuasive communication style

Target-driven , strategic thinker
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to perform under pressure with a
