About the Role

Aruvi Bakery & Sweets is seeking a highly experienced and revenue-focused

Marketing Manager

to take complete ownership of brand growth, sales performance, and market expansion. This is a senior-level, full-time on-site role based in Tirunelveli. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving store footfall, generating bulk and institutional orders, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening the brand’s presence in the local market. We are looking for a professional who understands F&B market dynamics and can directly convert marketing initiatives into measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets Plan seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and product launches Strengthen local brand positioning and market visibility

Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive daily walk-ins and improve average billing value Generate bulk orders from corporates, institutions, and event planners Build and manage long-term business partnerships Identify new revenue channels and expansion opportunities

Market Presence & Activation

Execute promotional activities and brand activations Monitor competitor activities and local market trends Ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable sales growth

Performance & Reporting

Track revenue contribution from marketing initiatives Align strategies with branch-level sales targets Optimize campaigns based on performance data

Mandatory Experience & Skills

Minimum 7+ years of Marketing experience in F&B industry (Compulsory) Bakery marketing experience preferred (Strong Advantage) Proven track record of driving revenue and sales growth Strong networking, negotiation, and leadership skills Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset Ability to independently handle complete marketing operations Excellent communication and strategic thinking ability
