This is an in-office role based out of Gurugram.

About the job;

You will own the Saras Design narrative. This is a multidisciplinary design role, where your creative work must convert across formats static, motion, illustration and sound and perform on all communication platforms, such as YouTube, spotify, social media, mailers, presentations and decks. Weโ€™re hiring a hands-on design lead who can art-direct, create, and optimize creative systems for landing pages, ads, socials, YouTube, podcasts and audio-first channels.

This is a people + maker role: set the creative direction, maintain brand consistency, collaborate

with Growth/Content/Product, and step in to execute when timelines or quality demand it. Your work will be judged by user engagement, conversion lift, and client (or instructor) satisfaction, apart from benchmark setting for the education sector in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities;

Handson execution: produce hero visuals, ad packs, landing page layouts, email templates, short-form video edits and motion assets when required. Crossplatform creative systems: design visual, motion and audio assets that work across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube (long-form and Shorts), Spotify/radio, websites, and paid ad placements. YouTube & video productization: own hero video concepts, cut long-form into shorts/chapters, design thumbnails, write visual chapter cues, and deliver final YouTube masters (titles, descriptions, tags, end-screens). Social-first execution: produce vertical videos (Reels/Shorts), carousel creatives, thumbnails, short captions, subtitles and platform-optimized cuts that drive CTRs and watch-through. Audiofirst assets: compose or brief music beds and VO for Spotify/radio and podcast ads; deliver platform-ready masters. Testing & optimization: run creative A/B tests across social and YouTube, use YouTube Studio + social analytics + Hotjar/GA4 to iterate on thumbnails, hooks, first 5 seconds and visual CTAs. Lead & ship: mentor designers, illustrators and video editors; step in to deliver high-priority YouTube episodes, ad packs and social launches under tight timelines. Campaign strategy & collaboration: translate campaign briefs into design systems and assets that drive clicks, signups, and retention. Work closely with Growth, Content and Product to iterate quickly. Quality & consistency: enforce brand guidelines across channels (web, socials, email, video) and ensure every asset meets conversion and accessibility standards. Client / stakeholder partnership: present design rationale, gather feedback, and incorporate it without losing conversion focus. Process & scale: build reusable templates, component libraries and simple production flows to reduce turnaround time.

What success looks like (first 6 months) Noticeable uplift in landing-page conversion rates and ad creative CTRs for cohort launches. A reusable creative system for launches that reduces production time and improves on-bran output. A small, accountable team delivering high-quality assets on tight timelines.

Must-haves (non-negotiable);

4โ€“6 years in visual/UX design (agency, product, edtech or equivalent). Behance/Dribble link attached to the resume is mandatory. All other applicants will be auto rejected. Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and at least one video editing tool(Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci/After Effects). Understanding of conversion design: layout, hierarchy, visual CTAs, basic interaction/micro motion principles. Experience working with CMS/LMS and preparing assets for web/email (basic HTML/CSS familiarity useful). Comfortable presenting work to non-design stakeholders and justifying design decisions with data. Must own all necessary devices (IPAD, laptops, pencils, laptop, adobe subscriptions etc.). Knowledge and passion for movies, graphic novels, and other elements of pop culture. Proficient understanding of marketing and social media platforms. Able to own production during high-pressure launches and deliver pixel-accurate asset quickly.

Highly desirable;

Experience in edtech or course/cohort launch design. Motion design and short-form social video experience. Experience building component libraries or design systems. Familiarity with prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer) and basic WordPress/landing-page builders. An eye for storytelling across static + motion โ€” cine/graphic-novel sensibilities are a plus.
