Financial Analyst

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst who can turn financial data into insight, clarity, and direction. This role supports leadership with accurate analysis, forecasting, and reporting that directly influences business decisions. You’ll work closely with finance, operations, and business teams to ensure financial discipline and transparency. and financial modeling Experience working with financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders Good to Have Experience with ERP or financial tools (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or similar) Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) Prior experience in startup or fast-growing environments Knowledge of SQL or basic data analysis tools
