Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving business development initiatives. The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales strategies, delivering presentations, and fostering long-term partnerships with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining customer satisfaction will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

Sales and business development experience, including lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. Market research capabilities and an understanding of sales strategies in the IT/consulting industry. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EBS On-Premise or similar enterprise software will be an advantage. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and related software. Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and willingness to travel for business needs, if required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
