Generative AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and build production grade generative AI applications from the ground up. This role focuses on engineering robust, scalable systems that leverage LLM based tools, retrieval augmented generation, and agentic workflows. The engineer will create reusable microservices, work extensively with modern LLM frameworks, solve complex data and orchestration challenges, and guide technical decisions while owning solutions end to end. This position centers on applied GenAI engineering rather than model training or research.

Day-to-Day • Build end-to-end GenAI applications (RAG, agents, workflows) • Solve complex problems around custom data processing, retrieval, and orchestration • Design and own AI-powered microservices and APIs • Work deeply with LangChain, LangGraph, and modern LLM stacks • Drive technical decisions and own solutions end to end

Required Skills and Experience - 5+ years of Proven experience building and deploying generative AI applications in production -Strong Python, API development, and system design fundamentals -Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompting, RAG, agents, evaluation, and observability -Hands on experience with vector databases and scalable enterprise grade systems -Ability to operate confidently in ambiguous problem spaces and drive technical decisions -Experience with vector databases, scalable services, and enterprise systems à this is a big one; we need people who have been on teams focused on true enterprise production level, creating reusable and scalable solutions.
