US IT Recruiter

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our US-based clients. The role requires strong communication skills, experience in US staffing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for US IT requirements. Work on Direct Client / W2 / C2C / 1099 requirements. Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal database, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, visa status, and salary expectations. Negotiate pay rates and coordinate interviews with clients. Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback. Maintain and update candidate records in ATS. Build and maintain strong candidate pipeline for recurring technologies. Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD). Experience working with Direct Clients / Implementation Partners. Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .Net, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in US shift (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM IST). Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working with State Clients / Federal Clients (preferred). Experience using ATS and recruitment tools. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
