Key Responsibilities: ✔ Deliver New Hire Training & coach recruits ✔ Design & implement training programs ✔ Analyze training needs & evaluate success ✔ Stay updated and calibrated with processes What We’re Looking For: ✅ Any Graduate ✅ 3–5 years BPO experience (E-Commerce preferred) ✅ Minimum 1 year as a trainer ✅ Strong leadership, analytical & presentation skills ✅ Advanced Excel proficiency Details: Location: Bangalore (Smartworks) Shift: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sunday off) Salary: ₹5,50,000 Work from office
