About Role: As an

SDE- III

Engineer, you will drive the development of scalable, reliable, and performant systems. You will work closely with product management, front-end engineers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring alignment with the company’s technical and business goals.

5 Days a week (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the design and architecture of complex backend systems Identify technical debt and drive long-term engineering improvements Make architecture-level decisions with cross-team impact Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security at scale Collaborate with stakeholders (product, infra, business) to align technical goals Conduct deep design and code reviews, and enforce standards Mentor junior engineers (SDE-1/2)

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5-8 years of experience in backend development with a proven track record of leading engineering teams. Strong experience with backend language ie. Node.js Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL), caching systems, and RESTful APIs. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or related technical field Hands-on experience designing and scaling backend services and APIs Proven ability to own large systems end-to-end with minimal oversight
