About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to drive visibility, availability, and sales of our liquor brands across retail stores, bars, hotels, and modern trade channels. This role is responsible for planning and executing trade promotions, managing distributor relationships, ensuring strong in-store presence, and delivering measurable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales strategy.

Recruit merchandiser for promotion activity.
•
Monitor and get the targeted results from Merchandiser.
•
Create annual and monthly promotion calendars based on seasonality, festivals, and product launches.
• Manage distributor performance through regular reviews, stock monitoring, and execution tracking.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and “HORECA” accounts to secure shelf space and activations.
• Plan and implement trade promotions such as bundle offers, display programs, staff incentives, and tasting activities.
• Oversee merchandising standards including Point of Sales Management deployment and planogram compliance.
• Train sales teams and distributors on campaign execution and compliance requirements.
• Conduct market visits and outlet audits to ensure visibility, pricing accuracy, and stock availability.
• Track secondary sales, trade spends, promotion ROI, and distribution metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with state liquor laws and company policies.
• Manage trade marketing budgets and coordinate with vendors and activation agencies.

Maintain POSM inventory and cross check with Graphic designer assigned for same task.
•
Also, should have experience in Above the Line activities.

Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field MBA preferred.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in alcoholic beverages trade marketing. Minimum 2 Years in alcoholic and same field is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of distributor management and retail execution.
• Excellent planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and activations.
