Role Objective:
To lead and manage a team of Field Sales Officers (FOS) to drive SME loan sourcing, disbursement targets, and maintain portfolio quality within the assigned location.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 5 FOS executives.
Drive the team to meet monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
Conduct daily field planning, beat mapping, and productivity reviews.
Develop local DSA, connector, and referral networks.
Ensure adherence to credit policies and documentation standards.
Monitor early delinquency and maintain portfolio hygiene (DPD control).
Provide regular MIS and performance updates to the SM/HOD.
Monitor funnel metrics: login → sanction → disbursement → collections.
Track productivity, conversion ratios, and partner ROI.
Conduct field visits with team members for coaching and performance review.
Ideal Profile
2–4 years of team handling experience in the NBFC, Bank, or Fintech field sales.
Strong local market network and leadership capabilities.
Strong understanding of credit processes and risk controls.
Exposure to supply chain financing / business loans is preferred.
Strong people management and execution capabilities.
Strong execution-oriented sales leader.
Data-driven with strong portfolio oversight ability.
Own vehicle mandatory (field-intensive role)
