Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to individual and corporate clients. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, policy sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and field visits
Promote and sell insurance products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain product features and benefits
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Ensure timely policy issuance and documentation completion
Provide after-sales support and assist clients with renewals and claims coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales (insurance or financial services preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
