Job Summary
Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals. The role involves resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure smooth IT operations for end users.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
Knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
Printer and scanner troubleshooting experience.
Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
