Role Summary We are looking for an FP&A professional (Assistant Manager level) to own budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, project costing, and finance process improvements. The role will also support cost recovery for cost-plus margin projects and assist with select accounting and audit coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities Lead the

annual budgeting

process and partner with stakeholders to build accurate plans Build and maintain

3/5-year financial plans

with assumptions, scenarios, and sensitivity analysis Drive

quarterly roll-forward forecasts

and deliver variance insights and recommendations Create a

monthly reimbursement sheet

to collect amounts from

IIM Bangalore

for cost-plus margin projects, with complete supporting documentation Support

project/new business costing , pricing, margin and ROI analysis Handle

basic monthly accounting support

audit supervision/coordination Drive

finance process and systems transformation —automation, standardization, controls, and improved reporting Deliver clear MIS/insights with strong

business communication and articulation What We’re Looking For Must-Have: 5–8 years experience in

FP&A / Budgeting / Forecasting / Financial modelling Strong working knowledge of

costing, unit economics, and variance analysis Strong

Excel/Google Sheets

skills (pivots, lookups, SUMIFS, modelling) Exposure to

monthly close basics

and

audit coordination Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Good to Have: Experience in

project-based / services / cost-plus models Process improvement / automation exposure; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio) is a plus Exposure to EdTech / digital learning businesses
