UI/UX Designer — Remote

Role Summary We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can shape clean, intuitive, and scalable product experiences. You’ll work across web apps, mobile apps, enterprise software, and SaaS dashboards. The role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and the founder to define how the product looks, feels, and evolves. What You’ll Do • Design modern interfaces for SaaS products and enterprise workflows • Create dashboards with strong UX for analytics and data-heavy screens • Build wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Identify usability issues and recommend practical improvements • Apply UX best practices backed by real product understanding • Research competitors and highlight opportunities to raise our design quality • Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile • Work closely with developers to maintain high design accuracy • Maintain and evolve the product design system • Own the user experience across the full product lifecycle Skills We Value • Hands-on experience designing SaaS products • Strong ability to design dashboards and analytical interfaces • Understanding of data-visualization UX and usability principles • Expert Figma skills (components, auto-layout, design systems) • Good grasp of UX research and user-journey mapping • Ability to simplify complex workflows into clean interfaces • Strong visual design sense — typography, layout, spacing • Understanding of responsive web and mobile app design • Ability to propose solutions, not just execute instructions • Clear communication and confidence in explaining decisions • Curiosity, initiative, and solid problem-solving ability Qualifications • 2+ years of UI/UX design experience in SaaS or enterprise products • A portfolio showcasing dashboards, web apps, or product UI • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred) • Startup or fast-paced product experience is a plus • Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS) is a plus Who Will Fit This Role Well Someone who thinks like a product owner and cares about usability, design systems, and long-term product scalability.
