Full Stack Developer ( MEAN / MERN Stack )

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular) or MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React) stack development. The ideal candidate will have experience building robust, scalable web applications and working across the full development lifecycle. You will work closely with our design, front-end, and back-end teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Develop full-stack web applications using MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js) or MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack. Write well-documented, efficient, and scalable code for both frontend and backend components. Build RESTful APIs and integrate with databases to manage data effectively. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user interfaces. Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues. Work closely with the IT department to deploy applications and ensure proper integration with existing systems. Continuously improve application performance, security, and scalability.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience working with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) or MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features and asynchronous programming. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture. Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with MongoDB for data modeling and querying. Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git, GitHub). Experience in unit testing, debugging, and code optimization. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
