About the Role
This is a client-facing role at the heart of our delivery engine. As our 2nd Salesforce Consultant, you will work directly with US-based enterprise customers to understand their business requirements, design digital transformation plans, and collaborate with our development team to build and execute Salesforce implementations. You will not just gather requirements — you will own the entire outcome, from strategy to delivery.
This role involves aspects of program management, stakeholder communication, and hands-on Salesforce expertise. You will be instrumental in building our consulting practice from the ground up alongside the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with US-based enterprise customers to understand business needs, pain points, and Salesforce requirements
Create comprehensive digital transformation plans and implementation roadmaps for customers
Work closely with the development team to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure successful delivery
Manage end-to-end project execution including timelines, stakeholder communication, and deliverable tracking
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building long-term relationships
Conduct discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and solution presentations with customer stakeholders (including CXO-level)
Document requirements, solution designs, and implementation plans to a professional standard
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve efficiency in research, documentation, and problem-solving
Requirements
Must Have:
1 to 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in any capacity: Admin, Developer, Consultant, Business Analyst, RevOps, or similar
Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform including configuration, customization, and core modules
Excellent spoken and written English — you will be on calls with US-based CXOs and stakeholders regularly
Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, with solid prompting skills
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
Nice to Have:
Experience with Salesforce CPQ (this is a significant plus)
Technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science, or related field)
Prior experience in a consulting firm, system integrator, or customer-facing delivery role
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Consultant, etc.)

Additional Details
Location: In-office, Bangalore (HSR Layout)
Some late-night calls will be required to accommodate US timezone customers
