Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and customize Zoho One applications (CRM, Creator, People, Books, Desk) - Develop automation using Deluge scripting and Zoho Flow - Build integrations using APIs, webhooks - Create reports, dashboards, and manage data migration - Support users and optimize Zoho One implementation

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years hands-on experience with Zoho One - Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Deluge, Zoho Creator - Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON - Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have:

- Zoho certifications - Experience in HRMS / Finance / Operations modules.
