Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and order tracking with precision.
- Provide email/chat support to international clients.
- Conduct client calls to address queries or provide updates.
- Work within ERP/CRM systems to maintain accurate records.
- Liaise effectively with international clients, ensuring smooth communication.
- Good experience with MS Office suite.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in back-office operations, including order management.
- Proficiency in email/chat-based client support.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
- Experience in international client communication.
- B2B business exposure is a plus.
Other Details:
- Workdays: Monday to Friday.
- Specific shift timing to be defined.
- 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM | 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
