Executive – ERP Support

to ensure smooth operations of our ERP and HCM systems across the organization. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in application support, team coordination, and problem‑solving within a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support ERP/HRMS issue resolution across multiple departments. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve end‑user system issues efficiently. Collaborate closely with engineering and implementation teams to close tickets. Ensure compliance with SLAs and manage high‑priority system incidents. Document resolutions, gather user feedback, and recommend process improvements. Provide insights to product and solutions teams for continuous system enhancement.

What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in ERP/HCM application support. Hands‑on experience with ERP or HCM platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Proven ability to lead or guide application support teams. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
