The Role

This is a

high-ownership operations role

responsible for ensuring our products reach the right place, at the right time, without friction.

You will:

Work closely with pharmacies to ensure product availability and smooth reordering Coordinate inventory, dispatch, and last-mile delivery for both offline and online orders Maintain simple but accurate inventory and sales trackers Act as the first point of coordination for operational issues—solving problems quickly and calmly Document learnings and help build repeatable systems as we expand to new cities

This role is hands-on and fast-paced. You’ll learn how real businesses scale from the ground up.

Who Should Apply

You’ll do well here if you are:

Highly organised and detail-oriented Comfortable working with data and trackers (Excel / Google Sheets) Confident communicating with retailers, partners, and customers Calm under pressure and good at prioritising Excited about building systems—not just following instructions Based in Aurangabad and comfortable being on the ground

Prior exposure to operations, logistics, retail, or e-commerce is a plus—but not mandatory.
