What We’re Looking For Engineering graduates with an MBA in Sales/Marketing (Tier 1/2 preferred). 1–7 years of experience, including 1–3 years post-MBA in relevant domains. Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills. Strategic thinker with a global mindset, adaptability, and willingness to travel. Passion for account management, proposal handling, and thriving in a fast-paced sales environment. Results driven, high energy, self-motivated, persistent and able to work independently decisive, analytical, strategic thinker. Key Responsibilities Own revenue and profit targets for assigned accounts in a specific industry. Build and nurture relationships with influencers and decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle: opportunity qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. Support large deal campaigns and participate in account strategy planning. Represent Quest Global at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Collaborate with marketing for account-based initiatives and enhance Quest’s value proposition.
