Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Manager – Enterprise HCM Implementation
to lead large-scale HCM programs within a service-led environment. The role requires deep expertise in end-to-end HCM implementations, strong delivery governance capabilities, and exposure to AI-enabled HR transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will own enterprise client engagements, drive structured implementation delivery, and enable AI-driven optimization across HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
HCM Implementation Leadership
Lead full lifecycle enterprise HCM implementations (Core HR, Talent, Workforce Management, etc.)
Conduct requirement workshops, solution blueprinting, and process mapping
Oversee configuration, integrations, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and go-live stabilization
Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies and delivery governance frameworks
Manage cross-functional delivery teams across functional and technical workstreams
Client Engagement & Governance
Serve as the primary engagement owner for enterprise accounts
Drive governance forums, executive reviews, and performance reporting
Manage risks, escalations, and mitigation planning
Ensure SLA adherence, delivery KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics
AI-Driven HR Transformation
Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation across HCM processes
Drive implementation of AI-enabled reporting, analytics, and workforce insights
Improve efficiency, compliance, and decision-making through intelligent HR solutions
Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes
Team & Operational Leadership
Lead and mentor delivery teams (8–15 members)
Build scalable SOPs and standardized delivery practices
Support pre-sales and solutioning discussions for new or expanding accounts
Contribute to account growth and long-term client retention
Required Experience
12+ years of experience in HCM implementation within service-led organizations
Proven experience managing end-to-end enterprise HCM programs
Strong understanding of HR processes and system configurations
Experience in structured delivery governance and stakeholder management
Exposure to AI-enabled HR tools, automation initiatives, or digital HR transformation
Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience with platforms such as Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM
Experience managing multi-country or large enterprise implementations
Exposure to account growth or commercial management
