Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a Client Coordinator who can act as the bridge between clients and our creative team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, fluent in Malayalam, and capable of handling multiple clients smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate with clients regarding projects, timelines, and deliverables Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team Follow up on approvals, feedback, and payments Handle day-to-day client communication (calls, WhatsApp, email) Maintain client records and project updates Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining long-term relationships

Required Skills Fluent Malayalam (Speaking & Writing) – Mandatory Good command of English (basic professional communication) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Email) ⭐ Additional Skills (Big Plus) Experience in Advertising / Creative / Digital Marketing Agency Basic understanding of: Social media marketing Branding & creative workflows Client servicing processes Experience in handling multiple clients simultaneously Problem-solving mindset & calm attitude under pressure Knowledge of CRM tools or project management tools

Eligibility Candidates from Kerala only Agency experience is a strong advantage Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
