Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful visual content that strengthens Maxryd’s brand presence across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative posts for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) - Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, posters, standees, and flyers - Design branding materials for hubs, fleets, and marketing campaigns - Develop creatives for website, app, and digital advertisements - Create pitch decks and presentation designs for investors and clients - Maintain brand consistency across all designs - Work closely with the marketing, operations, and management teams - Edit short promotional videos and basic motion graphics (preferred)

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CorelDRAW - Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus) - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design - Creative thinking with attention to detail - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines - Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field - 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (Startup experience preferred) - Experience in EV, logistics, or tech startup industry is an advantage
