Responsibilities

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and Naukri Create job descriptions and map questions that reflect the requirements for each position Source and hire top talent for open positions Plan and execute recruitment and selection processes as the roles require Support new joiners in their role transition Maintain and adhere to strict Turn around times

Requirements Must be available to join immediately 8-10 years of experience hiring for scaled functions Ability to manage and communicate with senior stakeholders effectively Post Graduation in HR Retail/MNC experience preferred
