We’re Hiring: Client Engagement & Strategic Growth Lead Adaptive Development Private Limited (ADPL) is looking for a strong communication leader to represent our company in international client engagements.

Location: Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India Clients: United States, Europe & Middle East Flexible working hours required

About ADPL Adaptive Development Private Limited is a software engineering company focused on building reliable web platforms, mobile applications, and enterprise integration systems. The company was incorporated in 2024 to expand international technology services previously delivered through Adaptive Media, an engineering practice operating since 2014. Our team collaborates with organizations across the US, Europe, and the Middle East on technology platforms and product development.

Role Overview We are looking for a confident professional who can: • Lead client meetings with US/EU stakeholders • Translate technical solutions into business value • Prepare proposals and solution presentations • Coordinate between clients and engineering teams • Strengthen ADPL’s professional communication standards • Support international partnerships and growth

Ideal Candidate • 6+ years experience in client-facing IT roles • Strong spoken and written English • Experience working with international clients • Exposure to enterprise software, SaaS, or integration systems • Comfortable leading professional client meetings
