Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Data & AI Advisory

Responsibilities

- Lead on client engagements to drive AI/Agentic-led transformation of business operations – including business case, process redesign, Tech and AI solutions, etc. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and technology challenges. - Guide clients in reimagining their AI and data strategies, with a hyper focus on generating new business value, leveraging AI services, and optimizing enterprise structures. - Provide strategic advice and recommendations to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders. - Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions that align with clients' strategic goals. - Ensure the integration of AI services into clients’ technology frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency. - Monitor project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines and budgets. - Drive responsible AI practices including model risk, explainability, and compliance. - Strategic and Business Leadership: Manage a portfolio of accounts with accountability for growth; define and shape new offerings and go-to-market campaigns; build and lead high-performing teams of AI strategy consultants, data scientists, and AI architects; establish AI-first operating models, governance frameworks, and best practices. - Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI, enterprise architecture, and related technologies; promote and drive the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions; represent the company at industry conferences and events to establish thought leadership.

Qualifications

- Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s in Business Administration preferred. - Strong experience in Data, AI/Analytics, and enterprise-scale AI programs. - Proven success leading AI-led business transformation programs. - Skills and Competencies - Experience advising senior executives and board-level stakeholders. - Strong storytelling, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong expertise in AI and Analytics Solution architecture; Machine learning, GenAI/LLMs, and AI agents; Data strategy and modern data platforms; MLOps and AI lifecycle management. - Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Exposure to AI governance, model risk, and regulatory compliance. - Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI and data services. - Publications, patents, or thought leadership in AI are a plus.
