The Role

We are seeking dedicated Commis Chefs to join our back-of-house team under the guidance of our Head Chef. Whether you are a Junior Commis looking to start your career or a Senior Commis looking to refine your skills, we provide a high-standard, quality-focused environment to grow. You will play a vital role in bringing our thoughtfully developed Continental menu to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Mise en Place: Assist in the daily preparation of ingredients for the Continental section, ensuring peak freshness.

• Station Support: Support the CDP or Head Chef in plating and executing dishes to exact specifications.

• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of flavor and presentation; ensure every plate is uniform.

• Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain an organized workstation; adhere to FIFO and HACCP guidelines.

• Teamwork: Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative kitchen culture.

Requirements (Flexible based on experience)

• Experience: 6 months to 2+ years in a professional kitchen (preferably Continental cuisine).

• Education: Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required for those with proven experience.

• Skills: Basic to strong knife skills and a solid understanding of food safety.

• Attitude: A "can-do" mindset, punctuality, and a desire to grow within a new, premium business.
