Technical Program Manager

We are seeking Technical Program Manager (TPM) for the Tech Platforms team at Tech@Kotak.

As TPM: You should not just be a facilitator, be an enabler. You'll need to ensure engineers are not distracted and remain focused on the job entrusted with them, while you manage the rest. You've a knack for technology, and desire to understand the technology stack being developed by the engineering teams. You should also understand the business need/requirement for the program to ensure seamless communication with tech & business stakeholders/leadership. You will collaborate with a highly-talented team of Business leaders, Engineering leaders, Principal Engineers, Product Managers, UX designers, other TPMs and analysts to continuously push the boundaries. You will independently lead programs and be the face of the program you lead. You'll be the primary person to interact with various regulatory, compliance & risk stakeholders, to ensure program(s) remains compliant to the required regulations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the program, from communicating risks to tracking progress toward the goal. You will drive the adoption of program management best practices within the team and mentor others to ensure effective program delivery. You have knowledge of user story, sprint planning/tracking tool like Azure DevOps, Jira or Rally.

Qualifications: 10+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of experience managing program teams in a technology environment. Strong technology background, preferably direct software development experience. Strong program management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage multiple programs simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels to build strong partnerships across organizations Agile experience preferred
