Role Overview:
The
Partner Success Specialist
will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle — from identification and onboarding to enablement, opportunity management, performance tracking, and continuous engagement. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sales alignment, and the ability to build long-term value-driven partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Identification & Outreach
Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with Threatcop’s products, regions, and industry verticals.
Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networking.
Build and maintain a strong partner pipeline.
2. Onboarding & Agreement Management
Share and manage Partnership Agreements and NDAs.
Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and execution.
Conduct onboarding calls to introduce partnership structure, engagement models, and expectations.
3. Training & Enablement
Coordinate sales and technical enablement sessions for partner teams.
Provide access to certifications, sales collateral, pitch decks, and platform resources.
Ensure partners are equipped to position and sell Threatcop solutions effectively.
4. Joint Planning & Go-To-Market Execution
Collaborate with partners to design joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Identify co-marketing and co-selling opportunities.
Set quarterly targets and collaboration goals.
5. Opportunity Management
Track partner-registered deals via CRM or partner portal.
Coordinate with internal Sales teams to support demos, POCs, and deal closures.
Ensure transparency and timely updates in pipeline movement.
6. Performance Review & Reporting
Conduct monthly or quarterly partner review meetings.
Share performance insights including revenue contribution, deal status, and growth opportunities.
Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective strategies.
7. Continuous Support & Optimization
Provide ongoing sales, technical, and marketing support.
Capture partner feedback to improve products, enablement processes, and collaboration models.
Contribute to refining partnership strategies and SOP improvements.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
1-2 years
in Partner Management, Channel Sales, Alliances, or B2B SaaS (preferably cybersecurity).
Strong understanding of indirect sales models and enterprise B2B cycles.
Experience in partner onboarding, enablement, and revenue growth.
Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline and deal tracking.
Strong partner relationship management and GTM execution skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Analytical mindset with ownership and problem-solving ability.
KPI-driven:
partners onboarded, activation rate, partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, conversion rate, engagement, retention, and growth.
