Scrum master ( Embedded Domain Exp only )

- Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environment. - Minimum 7+ years’ experience with a Digital team. - Scrum Master Certification (SAFe SM, CSM or PSM I) - Drives Continuous Improvement activities to improve collaboration, communication and efficiency in addition to reducing operational waste - Coaches the team on Agile Principles and ensures accountability. - Should have experience of SAFe, Kanban and Scrum - Facilitates all scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Retrospectives. Also should be aware of all PI ceremonies too. - Keeps the team focused on deliverables by working with team manager to remove impediments. - Contributes to a positive, productive, fun, and inclusive team environment. - Identifies purposeful metrics and measures team progress. - Works closely with Product Owner to assist with various project administrative functions
