Marketing Lead - IVF (International Business)

Role Purpose: To drive brand growth by defining and executing strategic imperatives for BSV’s IVF portfolio across key international markets. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, scientific understanding, and operational excellence to position BSV as a trusted IVF leader globally.

Key Responsibilities: Identify growth opportunities through market insights, competitive analysis, and customer engagement. Develop and implement annual brand and marketing plans in alignment with the global IVF franchise strategy. Drive Brand establishment & brand differentiation through impactful communication, scientific storytelling, and campaigns. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure strategic alignment, brand consistency, and flawless execution. Partner with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to develop evidence-based promotional material and digital assets. Support new product introductions and life-cycle management initiatives in priority markets. Build deep understanding of fertility trends, patient journeys, and clinician needs to guide strategy and innovation. Lead development of marketing collaterals, digital content, and CRM programs to enhance customer experience. Train field teams on brand communication, clinical knowledge, and objection handling Track performance metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement. Manage agency partners and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Education: MBA in Marketing / Pharmaceutical Management / Life Sciences preferred

Experience: 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing with strong brand building experience. Additional Sales Experience will be an added advantage. Exposure to IVF, Fertility, or Women’s Health or other specialty segments preferred. Prior experience in international or emerging market marketing will be an advantage.
