Job Description Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Client Reachout – Calls & Emails) Location: Noida (Full-Time, Office Role) Salary: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA Industry: Manufacturing (Luxury Decorative Lighting) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us We are a leading provider of luxury decorative lighting solutions, specializing in bespoke lighting for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across India. Our brand collaborates with top interior designers, architects, and developers to deliver premium lighting experiences. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our outreach team and looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to strengthen our client acquisition pipeline. Role Intent The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients through calls and emails, introducing them to our company, and nurturing the relationship until a formal quote is submitted. The primary objective is to build a strong, high-quality sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and positioning the company as a preferred luxury lighting partner before handing over to the sales team. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Outreach & Introduction ● Conduct structured cold calls and email outreach to prospective clients within assigned verticals (interior designers, architects, developers, etc.). ● Introduce the company, its portfolio, and its core strengths in luxury decorative lighting. ● Maintain daily call and email outreach targets. 2. Building Initial Client Relationships ● Build trust and rapport with potential clients. ● Clearly communicate the company’s design capabilities, execution strengths, and past project experience. ● Identify project requirements and qualify leads effectively. 3. Lead Qualification & Quote Coordination ● Secure quote requests from interested prospects. ● Coordinate internally to ensure accurate and timely preparation of quotes. ● Ensure proper follow-up until quote submission. 4. Handoff to Sales Team ● Smoothly transition qualified leads to the sales team after quote submission. ● Share complete client information, project details, and communication history for seamless closure. 5. Pipeline Development & Reporting ● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-probability leads. ● Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metrics. ● Share structured reports with sales management.
