JOB PROFILE : BACK-OFFICE EXECUTIVE We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Executive to join our team and support our sales and customer support operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong attention to detail, capable of coordinating various tasks to ensure smooth sales processes, accurate billing, efficient customer interactions, and seamless delivery organization.

Responsibilities

Coordinate sales activities, including preparing and typing quotations for products/services. Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person to receive and clarify orders and requirements. Assist in billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices. Organize and schedule product deliveries, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
