About the Role Sturlite is seeking a

Head – Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

to lead financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting across the Group’s diversified business portfolio. This role will work closely with the

CFO and business leadership teams

to strengthen financial planning processes, enhance visibility into business performance, and support data-driven decision making across the organization. The position offers the opportunity to

build and lead the Group FP&A function

, supporting multiple business verticals including

FMEG, Solar EPC projects, E-commerce, and Healthcare businesses.

Business Coverage The Group FP&A function will provide financial planning and performance oversight across the following business verticals: FMEG Business Lighting (including

project lighting and general trade

) Wires and cables Switches and electrical accessories Professional lighting projects Solar EPC Projects Business E-Commerce Business Healthcare Business

Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Budgeting Lead the

annual budgeting and long-term financial planning process

across all business verticals Develop

rolling forecasts and scenario planning models Partner with business leadership teams to align operational plans with financial targets Support

capital planning and resource allocation

across businesses

Group MIS & Performance Management Design and manage

group-level MIS, dashboards, and management reporting frameworks Provide

monthly and quarterly performance reviews

to the CFO and leadership team Track financial performance across business units including

revenue, margins, and profitability Conduct

variance analysis against budgets and forecasts

, highlighting key business drivers

Business Performance Analysis Analyze

product, customer, and channel profitability Evaluate performance across

FMEG, EPC projects, E-commerce, and Healthcare businesses Identify opportunities for

margin improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency

Project & Investment Evaluation Evaluate

capital expenditure proposals and large project investments Support financial evaluation of

Solar EPC projects and lighting infrastructure projects Conduct

ROI and financial feasibility analysis

for major initiatives

Business Partnering Work closely with

business heads and leadership teams across verticals Translate operational performance into financial insights Drive financial discipline in

budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking

FP&A Function Development Establish strong

group-wide financial planning processes Standardize

reporting structures, financial metrics, and planning frameworks Improve

forecasting accuracy and financial visibility

across businesses

Team Structure (Direct Reports) The role will directly manage the following positions: Group MIS & Reporting Manager Business Finance Analyst – FMEG Business Finance Analyst – Projects (Solar EPC & Lighting Projects) Business Finance Analyst – E-Commerce Business Finance Analyst – Healthcare

Qualifications CA /CMA Strong expertise in

financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis

Experience 8–10 years of post qualification experience

in FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance roles Experience working with

multiple business units or diversified businesses Exposure to

manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure, or consumer electrical sectors preferred

Skills Advanced

financial modeling and forecasting Strong

analytical and problem-solving capability Experience designing

management dashboards and MIS frameworks Strong

stakeholder management and business partnering capability Excellent

communication and presentation skills
