Role Summary:

We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, conduct site visits, present project options, and close sales. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and on-ground presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle leads and understand buyer needs - Conduct project/site visits with prospects - Present pricing, offers, and loan support - Coordinate documentation and closure - Maintain ethical sales and relationship management

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year real-estate experience - Good communication and negotiation skills - Target-driven and comfortable with field sales - Weekend availability as required
