BIM Manager

– 5–10 years BIM Modeller

– 1–3 years Junior BIM Modeller

– 1–2 years

Experience:

1–10 years (depending on role)

About the Role: Join our BIM team and work on architectural and facade projects from concept to execution. You’ll be responsible for developing

3D BIM models (LOD 350)

, coordinating with design and project teams, conducting clash detection, preparing quantity take-offs, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards.

BIM Manager

will lead the team and mentor members, while

Modellers

and

Junior Modellers

will create, manage, and maintain models under guidance.

Key Skills & Tools: Revit Architecture

,

Navisworks

,

AutoCAD BIM workflows and standards, including 5D integration (design, cost, time, quantities) Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings accurately Knowledge of

facade/cladding systems

, interiors, or renovation projects is a plus Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail

Education: Bachelor’s degree in

Architecture, Civil Engineering

, or related field

Candidates must have hands-on BIM project experience. Recent certification without real-world project execution will not be considered. Only candidates from an

Architecture background are eligible
