Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Research and Development Business Analyst (Pharma). The R&D BA will support projects in the pharmaceutical industry by conducting scientific business analysis, defining solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with compliance standards. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between functional and technical teams, conducting research, and supporting R&D-related processes to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications Strong Research and Development (R&D) and Laboratory skills to support pharmaceutical processes Excellent Analytical Skills, including data analysis and problem-solving abilities Effective Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, document findings, and present solutions clearly Ability to conduct thorough research to support data-driven decision-making and project outcomes Knowledge of regulatory practices in the pharmaceutical and life science industries is highly desirable Familiarity with cGxP/GAMP/21 CFR Part 11 Compliance is a plus Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields Proficiency in working remotely while managing time and deliverables effectively
