Social Media Manager

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager with a strong tech background, where tech copywriting is the most critical skill. This role demands someone who can independently own social media strategy and execution end-to-end for LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube - from ideation to publishing, campaign management, and performance analytics.
The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex technology concepts into sharp, engaging, and credible content for senior stakeholders, developers, CXOs, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tech Copywriting (MOST CRITICAL)
• Write high-quality, original, and impactful tech copies for:
• LinkedIn posts (thought leadership, brand POV, case studies, announcements)
• Twitter/X threads, short-form insights, ABM-led content
• YouTube titles, descriptions, hooks, scripts, and CTAs
• Write copy for:
• Organic posts
• ad Campaign posts
• Ensure all copies are aligned with brand tone, positioning, and messaging frameworks
2. Social Media Strategy & Planning (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
• Own platform-wise strategy for:
• LinkedIn (primary focus – B2B, leadership, brand credibility)
• Twitter/X (high-frequency, ABM, tech conversations)
• YouTube (long-form & short-form video strategy)
• Build monthly and quarterly content strategies aligned with:
• Business goals
• Campaign objectives
• thought leadership
• Identify content pillars, formats, posting cadence, and growth levers per platform
3. Campaign Management (End-to-End Ownership)
• Plan, execute, and manage organic + paid social campaigns end-to-end:
• Ideation
• Copywriting
• Creative briefing
• Publishing & scheduling
• Performance tracking
Manage:
• Brand campaigns
• Event campaigns
• Lead-gen / awareness campaigns
• ABM-led social initiatives
• Write and optimize paid ad copies for LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
4. Execution & Platform Management
• Independently manage day-to-day social media operations:
• Content calendar planning
• Posting & scheduling
• Platform hygiene and consistency
• Work closely with:
• Design team (for creatives, thumbnails, videos)
• Marketing / leadership teams (for inputs & approvals)
• Ensure timely rollout of content and campaigns
5. Performance Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze performance across all three platforms:
• Engagement
• Reach & impressions
• CTR, video views, follower growth
• Campaign performance
• Share actionable insights and recommendations:
• What’s working
• What’s not
• Content and copy optimization suggestions
• Create weekly / monthly performance reports with clear learning outcomes
6. Platform & Trend Understanding
• Deep understanding of:
• Twitter/X algorithm, content nature, frequency, and visibility
• LinkedIn content formats and performance drivers
• YouTube content optimization (titles, descriptions, hooks)
• Stay updated with:
• Tech trends
• Social media trends
• Platform updates and best practices
7. Community Engagement & Social Selling / Lead Generation
Proactively engage daily on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and relevant industry conversations (commenting on target accounts, joining threads, answering questions, adding value in communities).
Use strategic, genuine commenting as a top-of-funnel lead-generation tactic (this is a core growth driver for us).
Respond to all comments, DMs, and mentions within 12 hours max.
Build relationships with prospects, influencers, partners, and industry voices through consistent, value-first engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
• Strong tech copywriting skills (non-negotiable)
• Background in B2B Tech / IT Services / SaaS / Digital Transformation
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube
• Ability to independently handle strategy + execution + reporting
• Experience in campaign management (organic + paid)
• Strong understanding of tech audiences and decision-makers
Good to Have
• Experience with ABM-led social strategies
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics
• Experience working with founders, CXOs, or senior leadership
• Hands-on experience with tools like:
• Hootsuite / Sprout / Canva/AI tools
• LinkedIn Ads / Twitter Ads / YouTube Ads
• Analytics tools
