Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for installed devices within the assigned territory. Perform device installation, calibration, and user training for customers. Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure all devices are maintained. Maintain service documentation, including installation reports, service reports, tour plans, and customer feedback. Handle customer complaints, troubleshooting, breakdown calls, and preventive maintenance with timely resolution. Manage service operations through electronic platforms: ticketing, dashboards, and regular updates. Maintain and track spare parts and device accessories; raise material requestswhen required. Inform RSM/RAM about device relocation and other service updates. Support AMC/CMC collection and service revenue activities.

Qualifications and Experience: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Biomedical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field. 1–3 years of field service experience in Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or Laboratory Equipment (freshers with strong technical skills may be considered). Hands-on experience in device installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance preferred.
