Reporting to: VP โ Sales
Neptunus Power Plant Services is hiring a Manager โ Sales (International Business) to drive high-value technical sales across Oil & Gas Upstream markets, with exposure to Marine, Offshore, and Engine Spares as well. This role is critical to our global growth strategy and focuses on direct end-customer sales, strategic account expansion, and complex deal closures.
Role Purpose
You will lead international sales initiatives across E&P operators, drilling contractors, rig owners, EPCs, and offshore service providers, positioning Neptunus as a trusted engineering, reliability, and condition monitoring partner. The role goes beyond transactional selling and requires consultative, value-based engagement with technical and commercial decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver โน50 Cr+ revenue in Year 1 through upstream-focused engine spares, services, and reliability solutions
- Build and maintain a 3โ4ร sales pipeline across MEA upstream markets
- Drive direct sales to end customers (E&P, drilling contractors, rig operators, EPCs)
- Develop and grow strategic accounts, converting large customers into long-term high-value partners
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across engine spares, rotating equipment, CBM & reliability services
- Manage long-cycle, high-ticket โน1 Cr+ B2B technical sales deals
- Collaborate closely with technical, service, and delivery teams to close and execute complex solutions
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline governance
- Mentor and review performance of junior sales / inside sales team members
Ideal Candidate Profile (Must-Have)
- 6โ8 years of B2B technical sales experience in Oil & Gas Upstream (primary)
- Strong exposure to upstream assets and equipment: rotating equipment, engines, compressors, pumps, turbines, power packs, wellhead / rig-related systems
- Proven track record of direct end-customer sales (not dealer-driven)
- Experience selling to E&P operators, drilling contractors, rig owners, EPCs, offshore service companies
- Hands-on international sales exposure across Middle East / Africa / Europe
- Strong understanding of RFQs, tenders, negotiations, Incoterms, documentation & international trade practices
- Ability to close large, complex, technically driven deals
Secondary Preference (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to Marine / Offshore / Ship Management customers
- Experience in engine spares, propulsion systems, thrusters, CPP/FPP, turbochargers, governors, bearings, liners
- Familiarity with OEM ecosystems such as MAN, Wรคrtsilรค, Caterpillar, MTU, Niigata, EMD, Kawasaki, Daihatsu
