We are currently hiring for:
Customer Engagement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Convert
new leads into active customers
Call customers to introduce Freshly and explain the offering
Work on
customer retention and churn management
Re-engage inactive customers and strengthen relationships
Conduct
customer interviews to gather insights and feedback
Share customer insights with the team to improve the product and experience
Qualifications:
Graduate (any stream)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Telecalling, or similar roles
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
Comfortable handling
customer conversations on WhatsApp and phone calls
Customer-first mindset with patience and problem-solving ability
Key Skills required
Lead conversion and follow-ups
Strong verbal communication & calling etiquette
Customer retention & churn management
Customer interviews & insight gathering
Relationship building and persuasion
