Core Requirements:
2–7+ years of total experience (1.5–3+ years in hardcore B2C / consultative sales).
Proven success in high-ticket sales (₹50K+ preferred).
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong objection-handling and closing skills, especially around pricing & ROI
Experience working with CRM-led sales processes (LSQ or similar preferred).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Graduate degree required (Postgraduate is a plus).

Run Structured Career Conversations:
Assess experience, identify growth gaps, and recommend the right Scaler program fit.
Handle Objections with Confidence:
Address concerns around fees, ROI, and time commitment with clarity and value framing.
Own Revenue Targets:
Drive monthly conversions, maintain CRM discipline, and consistently deliver daily performance metrics.
Build Long-Term Trust:
Nurture prospects strategically — high-ticket sales close on credibility, not pressure.
