Job Description: We are urgently hiring for the position of Tours Senior executive

Key Requirements: - Create Tailor Made Itineraries and packages for inbound travellers - Manage client inquiries, quotations and bookings - Ability to create and manage PNRs. - Coordinate with hotels, transport and local vendors for flawless execution. - Ensure top notch client service for repeat and referral business. - Minimum 7-12 Years Experience in Ticketing / Inbound Travel Sales Experience - Strong Knowledge of Indian Destinations and Travel Products Excellent English communication ( Writing and Speaking both ) Detail oriented, client focussed and sales driven mindset Making Itineraries and costing for tours Handling Sales inquiries, Bookings, Documentations, Complaints handling, etc Attending through customer queries through emails and phone calls Experience in travel company is must Catering to inbound travelers from diverse markets including Europe, North and South America and the middle east
