Job Title: Marketing Intern
Duration: 6 months

The Role:
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing a large-scale digital transformation project within a global education brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Mapping
- Map all existing website content across programmes and verticals
- Identify content gaps, duplication, and optimisation opportunities
- Align content structure with SEO and user journey strategy
- Support development of page hierarchies and navigation frameworks
- Assist in drafting and structuring new content in collaboration with the web and SEO team
2. Website Project Coordination
- Act as the day-to-day liaison between internal team and the external web development agency
- Track project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and approvals
- Prepare follow-ups, and action trackers
- Ensure internal feedback is consolidated and communicated clearly
4. Content Creation & Editorial Support
- Write SEO-optimised blog articles aligned with keyword strategy
- Draft website content including programme pages, landing pages, FAQs, and thought leadership pieces
- Support development of B2B and B2C content journeys
- Repurpose webinar, event, and campaign content into web assets
- Ensure brand tone consistency across all digital touchpoints
3. Digital Optimisation Support
- Work closely with the agency to ensure correct keyword integration
- Assist in implementing on-page optimisation recommendations
- Support content structuring for regional subfolders (/ae, /sa, /mena)
4. UX & Conversion Alignment
- Ensure pages are aligned with lead generation objectives
- Map call-to-action flows for B2B and B2C audiences
- Support integration planning with Zoho CRM
- Review wireframes to ensure alignment with marketing objectives
5. Internal Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Product, BD, Sales, and Academic teams for content validation
- Ensure programme information is accurate and updated
What We're Looking For
- 2 – 3 years of marketing experience (internship, freelance, agency, or in-house)
- Background in Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Strong writing and content structuring skills
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and user journey mapping
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Confident communicator able to liaise with agencies and internal stakeholders
