Role Overview We are looking for a
driven and entrepreneurial Co-Founder
to join the leadership team and help scale Magsum Solutions into a leading business strategy and startup development firm.
This role requires someone who can
build partnerships, drive revenue, manage strategic initiatives, and help grow the company alongside the founder.
The Co-Founder will work closely with the Founder in shaping company strategy, expanding market presence, and building a strong client base.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
Work with the Founder to define and execute the company’s
long-term vision and growth strategy
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
Develop and refine service offerings and market positioning
Business Development
Generate and close
consulting and strategy projects
Build relationships with startup founders, SMEs, and corporate clients
Develop partnerships with investors, incubators, and startup ecosystems
Operational Development
Help establish
standardized frameworks, SOPs, and service delivery models
Support the development of internal teams and consultants
Ensure high-quality delivery of consulting and strategy services
Brand & Market Expansion
Represent Magsum Solutions in
industry networks, events, and startup communities
Support brand positioning and thought leadership
Contribute to the growth of the Magsum ecosystem and platforms
Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who:
Has
entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership mentality
Has experience in consulting, startups, finance, strategy, or business development
Is capable of building relationships and generating business
Has strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Is comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
Is passionate about building businesses and supporting entrepreneurs
